STUDENT LIFE

     
Click to enlarge The high education is not only knowledge given at the University and the student life is not only learning. The higher education ensures formation of a special thinking style, mind and ideology, the foundation of which are mainly obtained in non official company of students. Environment and spiritual atmosphere are very important for them. "Mkhitar Gosh" University provides the students with all opportunities to show their worth not only during the lessons but also out of the University among the friends of the same age.
There is a Student Council in the University which deals with students' activities and has been functioning efficiently for several years. The main goal of the Student Council is integration of students in independent implementation of various projects. They can be celebrations, excursions, competitions, parties, wall newspaper issue and others. Student life without them wouldn't be full and rich, these activities promote growth of creative individuals.

Click to enlargeThere is also student's Scientific Society, which holds seminars on different themes which the students are interested in, organizes discussions, debates, 'round tables', invites well -known specialists to meet students.
Students created a website in the Internet, with information about the University.
During the years of study at the University many students find not only good friends but get married either.Weddings are usual for the University, and as a rule none of just married interrupts the study at the University. On the contrary, the responsibility for the family stability and financial welfare disposes them to the most serious treatment to studies upon which their future career depends greatly. During the years of its existence the University has given the society hundreds of young specialists. Most of them after graduation from the University stay in touch with it. University Alumni Association has been established in order to keep and to strengthen these relations. The Association initiates annual meetings of former students.
